At Curate we endeavour to help our customers as best as we can. Below are some questions answered and more information. 

Are your offered brands sustainable and ethically produced?

At Curate, selling good quality, more responsible, ethically produced slow fashion is at the heart of our business. We choose brands based on their values and sustainable goals and believe that clothing bought from Curate should be worn and loved for years to come and not end up in landfill. 

All our brands are transparent in regards to their sustainability commitments, social responsibility including their manufacturing processes, fabric choices and packaging and more information can be accessed via their own websites. 

Do you use recyclable packaging?

Our Curate packaging is 90% recyclable, we use cardboard boxes, paper mailing bags, paper tape and tissue paper for our online orders. However, we sometimes use bubble wrap and plastic mailing bags to help protect your orders. 

We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. 

I do not understand the different sizing, please can you help?

We recommend the below sizing conversions. However, if you ever need exact measurements or advice, please email us at store@curateshop.co.uk or call us on 01672 513 423. 

0- 34- UK 8- Extra-Small

1- 36- UK 10- Small

2- 38- UK 12- Medium

3- 40- UK 14- Large

4- 42- UK 16- Extra-Large

How do you return online orders?

Please return all online orders in unused sellable condition with their original tags and packaging to the below address within 14 days of receiving your order. Return postage is at your own cost and we advise to use a trackable service.

I have an issue with my online order, how do I contact you? 

We understand that sometimes we make mistakes or orders do not arrive on time.  We will always do our best to help and resolve issues promptly. Please email store@curateshop.co.uk or call us on 01672 513 423 to resolve any issues/problems.

Why do you not offer refunds for purchases in store?

As a small independent business, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds but instead offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase. 

Our sustainable business model is based on having small quantities of sizes, we often only have one of each size available which is a part of the exclusivity we offer.

By asking our customers to be sure of their purchases we are ensuring that other customers do not miss out and allows us to understand our business and reinvest in new stock for everyone to enjoy. 

We always endeavour to make our return policy very clear to customers. If you are buying a gift we explain that if the purchase does not work for the person receiving it, that they are able to exchange for a credit note, so its like them receiving a gift card to spend in store instead!

Can you use gift vouchers online?

Yes, you can use gift cards purchased in store and online on both our online platform and in store. You will need to add your unique gift card number at checkout. 

Do you accept credit notes online?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept credit notes online.
